Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary GenAI Engineer with experience in working in implementation of large-scale, strategic AI solutions.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of demonstrable experience in Python development. Additional Java is also a plus
- Strong knowledge of Python languages and web API development frameworks like Spring, RestAPIs, and RESTEASY
- Understand in developing web applications using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). Not critical but nice to have
- Working knowledge of database technologies (Redis and Oracle). Vector database is a plus, Linux OS and Windows.
- Microsoft copilot, AI foundry, copilot studio and Azure is a BIG plus.
- Demonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including programming, network administration, and software installation and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational capabilities.
- Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with AI technologies (RAG and LLMs are a big plus). Our application is Python/Java but using LLM to deliver value.
- Understand Model development with Generative AI such as GPT, Llama index, Langchain etc.
- OpenShift container experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Java Certified Professional (OCP).
- Nvidia Triton servers for LLMs
- Knowledge of container or cloud computing technologies (Red Hat OpenShift container platform, Azure).
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum).
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with good teamwork capabilities.
