Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IAM solutions in a federal environment. The successful candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to implement modern authentication and authorization capabilities, support Zero Trust initiatives, and ensure secure access to enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services
Job Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. Interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes
- Customizes and deploys Access Management Product and Identity Management product
- Implements target IAM architecture and access control on applications, infrastructure, API and on Cloud services
- Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with engineering IAM systems
- Experience with implementing Okta
- Knowledge of emerging authentication, authorization and privilege access management technologies and protocols
- Experience with Identity and Access Management platforms, including Okta, Azure AD, as well as OpenID, OAuth and SAML specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting large-scale access management solutions
- Okta Certified Admin and/or Okta Certified Professional
- Experience with software development and working in an agile delivery team
- Knowledge of Enterprise Directory architecture
- Knowledge of various Access Control Frameworks, including NIST 800-63
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security & Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Candidate must have lived in the United States for at least 3 years
