Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled iCAM Engineer to lead and support our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (iCAM) initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions for identity lifecycle management, federation of services, and access control across enterprise applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and a deep understanding of modern IAM standards and Zero Trust security principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of iCAM workstreams, such as identity lifecycle automation and federation of services.
- Develop and review technical architectures, integration strategies, and solution designs for iCAM programs.
- Implement access control solutions across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through systematic debugging, research, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing IAM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing fine-grained access control for Single Page Applications, legacy systems, and cloud-based applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation and customization using platforms like Okta and Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions.
- Strong development experience with Okta and SailPoint.
- Experience customizing iCAM COTS products and optimizing performance.
- Proficiency in Java technologies: JDBC, JavaScript frameworks, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and RESTful Web Services.
- Familiarity with AWS environments, including development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, including Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Expertise in automation and integration, using APIs, SCIM, Python, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience creating automated tests using Selenium or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust security models and compliance frameworks such as NIST SP 800-63, FIPS 201, and FedRAMP.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot) for accelerating development, testing, and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience providing production support, issue resolution, and vendor collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of database design, including Stored Procedures, DML, and DDL operations.
- Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities in code
