Job Title: Project Manager
Location:Hybrid ( Miami, FL area)
Job Description:
The Information Technology Department is seeking a Project Manager to assist with the implementation and support of complex, large-scale applications. The Project Manager will work with software developers, business analysts, IT managers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and support
- Perform project management and Scrum Master activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned
- Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders
- Support testing activities and coordinate issue resolution prior to deployment
- Assist with change management activities related to project implementations
- Ensure projects follow established IT standards, policies, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT software projects in large organizations
- Experience managing complex, large-scale application implementations
- Experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Additional related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
Certifications
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
