Responsibilities:

• Developing the scalable and highly performing software products using JAVA/J2EE, RESTFUL web services
• Developing cloud solutions using Amazon Web Services
• Migrating legacy platforms to cloud with high performance and security
• Mapping clients’ requirements & providing them best solutions involving documenting the requirements in detail and also reviewing the documents submitted by Business Analysts
• Front-leading delivery of projects from the stage of initiation till closing including resource planning, estimation & scheduling, change and escalation management
• Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting and debugging the applications; providing post-implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to the client with regards to the product/ software application
• Collaborating with the cross-functional teams to facilitate management with respect to technical roadmap for the product, provide design and technical governance, and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms
• Mentoring & coaching team members related to architecture, design, development, build, deployment, and maintenance of systems
• Delivering that quality services with regard to the agreed SLA and mitigating & solving escalations with urgency and determination
• Proactively apprasing management regarding risks and blockers and possible solutions
• Attending Sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and stakeholder meetings; Supporting the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog with technical details
• Adhering to standard test processes and deliverables (defect management & quality metric reporting) within the gated process to streamline testing, support UNIT testing efforts
